The present conditional(Conditionnel Présent) is a very important tense in French. Luckily, it's not that difficult, and can be mastered with a bit of practice. Below is a short example to help you physically build this tense, and then a good list of example phrases to help you understand when it is to be used.

Wouldn't it be great if everyone spoke the same language, ate the same food, watched the same sports, and had the same alphabet? Well I certainly don't think so. I remember when I was in school, my French teacher would tell me that leaving the accents out of words meant that they were misspelled. That certainly gave me a good reason to remember to put them in. Unfortunately, my pc keyboard does not have these accents, and therefor it is hard to keep spelling foreign words correctly. Fortunately there is a good solution. It's called the US international Keyboard layout.
So many of you might be thinking of renting a car next time you go on vacation. I couldn’t agree more, if you are going to be spending a lot of time in an area, or you will be doing business in an area where public transport isn’t frequent then this is the real way to go.

I recently took a flight from Trapani to Dublin with Ryanair. For those that don’t know, Ryanair is the low-cost airline of choice in Europe. They started out many years ago selling flights for 1 eurocent, an absurdly low cost. Most flights cost you only the airport fees and taxes.
